Mike Trout returned to work today for his first official day of Spring Training. Trout is coming off his first MVP season, but ironically the worst season of his career. The LA Times got a hold of him and he already touched on the places he can improve; less strikeouts high in the zone and more stolen bases. Mike didn’t spend the off season pouring over video of his at bats, but has plans for how to work on not chasing the high pitch with some batting cage work.
